Send Curiosity right over. For those that don’t understand the gravity (tehe!) of the landing of the Mars Curiosity Rover, please allow NASA to explain.
This video was made before the landing actually occured, so at this point NASA didn’t even know if it would work. By the way, kudos NASA for making a dramatic video about the whole process. It could likely help spark some interest and relay how crazy the whole operation was.
Here is an interactive tool that also explains the landing. And below is another video that shows a simulation of the landing along with actual footage of the success.
