		<description>Duuude, you have to switch from Instant/Minute/Rolled Oats to STEEL CUT OATS.  They take a little longer to cook (I just toss them in the rice cooker with the lid off) but they are awesome.  A little nutty, a bit chewy and full of flavor because they are processed less than the oats you are accustomed to. Steel Cut Oats are so good bro, I just mix in a little pumpkin pie spice, a little fake spray butter and that&#039;s it.

I got all my training partners to switch to SCO and everyone loves em.  Bonus, you can even stick em in the crockpot at night and they&#039;ll be ready in the morning.  FYI, this method makes them more Porridge-y (and yes that&#039;s a real word that I just made up).</description>
