This blog has been confiscated by the FCC in conjunction with the SEC as a part of a fraud investigation for one of their employees. Allegedly, the owner and operator of this website passed confidential information about a regional financial institution to investors before it was taken over by the FDIC on March 26 2010. The owner and investors have been arrested and charged with insider trading and their assets have been frozen. At the request of the website owner’s legal council, the FCC has published this notice. Advertisers will be contacted and reimbursed for the duration of contracts once assets are released.
