Your point about exchange rates is definitely valid. Not only could a change in exchange rate cause Slim to fall behind Gates, it could also cause him to pad his lead. That’s just the nature of exchange rates – it’s not a slam against Slim.

When I write angry, I use a fake first name and a real last name – just to throw the Weakonomist off my trail. Hah!

Let’s also set some more facts straight about me. I don’t care about traffic and I don’t care about comments. If people want to share their thoughts, great. If not, fine. I’d be happy with 1 silent reader or 100k vocal ones. And when a blogger gets a following of any kind it does pad their arrogance. All bloggers are arrogant and vain.

When someone tells me I’m wrong and can prove it, you’ll see my humbleness. Knowing what is the truth is more important to me than being right. I just pursue the truth religiously.

And your comment about my job? Where is the evidence that I was fired based on arrogance? Where is the evidence I was fired? Where is the evidence I quit? Where is the evidence I was transferred? Where is the evidence I pursued better opportunities? I’m intentionally vague about my profession so making an assumption such as that was a straw man used to drive a point home that you couldn’t support with any other evidence.

But last and certainly not least, my “arrogance” got you to comment. And since you know I switched jobs you also read my blog regularly. You are here by invited to cease and desist all readings of this blog. If you don’t like me or my writing, the door is your back button.

You’ve got some interesting stuff, but because you are arrogant, you don’t get as much traffic, or as many comments.

You say you don’t care, but obviously you do posting this post. So, my recommendation to you is to stop being so arrogant. Learn to be more humble, because you do sound like a know it all, and clearly that got you in trouble with your previous employer.

It’s very sad how people use the anonymity the internet provides to write nasty comments on peoples blogs, and also to attack bloggers personally just because you have differing opinions. People should still use manners on the internet. I seriously doubt ‘Roberto’ would have said any of this to you face to face in real life.
