However, I must insist that a perfect cookie has a thin border of light crunch around the edge, rather like a pizza crust. Combine with with a warm, soft centre and you have the epitome of chocolate chip cookie-ness.

		<description>Hmm...I think you just mentioned the way to make soft cookies. Although I do believe that hard cookies aren&#039;t all that traditional I think they are nicer with the crunch.</description>
