They own Congress.  There is  no reason to tolerate that.  Because the bankers will not listen to reason, it&#039;s time to beat them so badly that they learn the lesson.

		<description>As was the case with the previous legislation that banned the banks from doing other transactions, they eventually developed workarounds.  

If new rules are put in place I&#039;m sure in 70 years we&#039;ll repeal them claiming the banks have learned their lessons.  And the world keeps spinning.</description>
