I love the Weakend posts because it gives me something else to write about other than money. Naturally, it’s going to be about Maui since that is all that’s on my mind lately.
Today I want to share with you four pictures. The first two describe the essence of Maui perfectly, the third makes the freshest smoothy I’ve ever had, and the fourth is a silly souvanier that I’ll love forever because it’s a Hawaiian god of money.
But of course I had to research the god of money in Hawaiian mythology and no such god exists. The fact that this god of money is the ultimate consumer ripoff makes me love it even more.
