		<description>Heidi and Spencer (Speidi) were on Conan the other night, and it was pretty horrible.  Definitely one of Conan&#039;s more awkward interviews because the audience was clearly not interested in the couple. But yea, just as much of a douche Spencer is, he&#039;s just playing the game.  I don&#039;t think it would be worth it to create a national reputation for being a d-bag, just for a little fame and fortune, but I&#039;ve got to give the man props.  Spencer Pratt is playing his cards really well (for what he wants at least).</description>
