I play a lot of tennis and my body needs refueling. One of the best things to eat is PB & J on whole wheat. You've got the right mix of proteins and and carbs. It helps replenish your muscles. Health nuts I know say you need to eat a salad, but these people do yoga and other exercise. They can eat their salad, I need to fuel muscles - eat protein.

As a child my mother would make me peanut butter and honey sandwiches. Can't get any more natural then honey and very good for those sweet cravings. In addition, honey takes a little longer to metabolize then sugar. Very recommended!

Take this a couple steps further - make your own jams and jellies. It's fun, really easy to learn, economical, and the final result tastes better than anything Megacorp has on the shelves.

Then, buy the peanuts and toss a couple handfuls in a food processor - No better, fresher peanut butter can be found!
