		<description>A simple rollover would be nice, as my last one took several weeks, numerous phone calls, and a trip to the notary public.  You would think that the plan administrators would make this easy for a new employee, but that isn&#039;t the case.

		<description>I can&#039;t wait for the day when automatic rebalancing becomes an option at every brokerage firm. It&#039;s no more complicated than automatic purchases or sales, which they already allow.

Currently, the next best thing are target retirement funds. However, as currently implemented, most fund companies&#039; target date funds leave a lot to be desired.
