I grew up for most of my childhood and some of my adult life in Maryland. I actually went to UMD-College Park. UMBC (another school in the University of Maryland system) is also a pretty good technical commuter school.

I laughed while reading this, great synopsis of Maryland We do rock!

I didn’t see any errors, but that’s because I wasn’t reading this as if I were approving your dissertation topic.

Claudia, make sure you read my about page. My writing is poor and editing abilities still poorer. It’s nearly impossible for me edit my own work because I live in a world where it’s perfect the first time. I rely on readers to submit edits, so if you have something please include it. 444, I think even J Money lives in DC. I would guess he just has some love for your state. I’ve been there recently and really liked it.

Interesting post, but I found myself distracted by all the grammatical errors. If you read your post over just once before publishing, I think you’d catch most of them.
