		<description>lol.  Dave&#039;s right... those COBOL guys are hard to come by.  Having done my fair share of coding work in the past, though, I still wouldn&#039;t want to be a COBOL programmer.  Yeah, high EPO today, but I don&#039;t think it&#039;s a growing EPO-- it&#039;ll only shrink as time goes on.

I guess that means you should take the integral of EPO over time, but that reminds me too much of my old college calc courses.  I digress...
