<description>We use the ice cube tray trick for the kids and put juice in them. It is a great treat in the summer. Sometimes we go a bit further and put plastic wrap over the tray and insert toothpicks to make little frozen treats.
Well the book pulls from some of my favorite web sites - I may just have to check it out!

Thanks for the info.

<description>I think I will try the ice cube trick.

When I was a young&#039;in my mom always froze orange juice w/either a Popsicle stick or toothpick inside; they were delicious!

My wife &amp; I love to eat ice cream but have been trying to cut back. I always say that when you quit one thing you should work to replace it with something better, instead of just leaving a void. This may be a great answer for us to kick the bucket (the ice cream bucket)!
