Back in 2006 we were all sitting pretty. America was rich, everyone owned a home, and you knew at least one person that was “getting into real estate”. 2007 was a flash of worry and 2008 a blur of panic. Boom! here we are in 2009 and you’re like WTF just happened? You’ve seen thousands of attempts by the media to dumb it down but you still aren’t quite following how this recession happened.
