what would I give up?  Good question.  I&#039;ve given up a lot in the past year - dairy, bread, sodas, desserts.  I&#039;m afraid there&#039;s not much left.  I would have to say that if I were to abstain from a favorite food, it would be my baked potato chips (I know, I live life on the edge, don&#039;t I?)

Good luck being a vegetarian for forty-days.  I&#039;m curious to see how it turns out!</description>
