		<description>They need to stay with the allocation they said they would. If I&#039;m unhappy with performance, I can withdraw some and put it in cash....which I did this past fall.  If they pull a bunch into cash they&#039;re being unethical about what they said was the purpose of the fund.</description>

		<description>Mutual funds continue to charge you MER even if they are in cash so instead of putting your own cash in a money market fund you are being charged by the mutual fund to hold onto your money. Not exactly fair.</description>

		<description>You are right, if I wanted to stay in cash, I would rather not invest in mutual funds. Investors pay the price even if these fund managers are idling as we still pay up for the commissions and hidden charges. 

Mutual funds have to do their analysis, invest and show their mettle in outperforming or equaling the market.</description>
