I'm about to gush a little... I absolutely love this. I'm new to the site and its right up my finance-loving, excel-hugging alley. This year in review post was quite a helpful boost as a new reader. I graduated just this May in Finance and while in school I'd always wondered why my professors taught such common knowledge--- as in "didn't everyone know this?". Then a big fat smack in the face of reality proved to me and renders your "about this site" completely true... the majority of the world has not a clue what the words financial+responsibility even MEAN, leaving the rest of us to be forced to break it down in short sarcastic sentences. :) will definitely be back for more.
