		<description>I think unfortunately this message gets lost when debating these stimulus topics...a great book that you might want to read is the End of Prosperity by Dr. Arthur Laffer and Steve Moore.  Laffer was the one of the leading economic advisors for Reagan, and goes into how to avoid deficit spending over the next few years and promote real growth.</description>
