You make a great argument for the 3rd party candidates.  In fact I supported Ron Paul up until recently (which is darned close to 3rd party).  In face I will be voting for many 3rd party candidates in my local elections.  The point of my post was to endorse one of the two obvious candidates for election.

I will be voting for Obama in this election, but I highly doubt I will vote for him in 4 years.  I think the Republicans will reorganize and find a good candidate in 2012.</description>

		<description>Why not vote for a third party candidate like Bob Barr? Why can&#039;t we take the consideration of the green, libertarian or other third parties into our vote?  If we really think there is a better candidate then the two our two party system forced us into, shouldn&#039;t we be voting for someone else?  I would argue that as citizens it is our duty to vote for the best qualified regardless of party nominations.</description>
