I’ll make a few other personal announcements for you while I’ve got your attention. My efforts to increase my fuel economy continue to pay off. The lifetime mileage on the car has increased to 30 MPG, with most of my recent tanks being in the 32 MPG range. I think its fantastic and I’d like to take all the credit for reducing the price of fuel. Actually its because new legislation removed a number of speculators, but whatever.

I’ve also made great progress on paying off my car. I am still on schedule to have it paid off in early 2009. This is exciting because my car is still brand new, you can read about my buying experience here. You probably already have since it is still the most popular post on the site.
