Welcome to the weekend edition my friends!  I have a “new feature” added to the site.  You regulars will know about Weakies, College of Weakonomics, and my occasional week long subjects.  I’ve now consolidated those into the special features button at the top of the site. Check it out, it will be updated whenever something new is added to the site.  If you have any ideas to improve my little blog please let me know.

I haven’t done a flashback link in a while but recently my piece on Star Wars and money got the attention of a Star Wars fan site called theforce.net.  They spiked my traffic for a few days and I hope to have picked up a few new readers from it.  Whoever submitted that to theforce.net thank you!  Everyone continue to share this site with people that might be interested in my content.

Readers Digest has a good little list of free places to vacation.  Travel and lodging aren’t free but at least the destination is.  I’ve been to three on the list and maybe I’ll go see a couple more of them this year.  Check out the list and see if any are local for you.
